I was born and raised in the Sarasota area, right here at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. I grew up in Venice and attended elementary, middle, and high school in Venice. I obtained my bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida in 1996. I then attended law school at Washburn University School of Law, a prestigious private school located in Topeka, Kansas.

I am a staunch supporter of the Constitution, specifically the Second Amendment. I am a gun owner and avid shooter, as well as a proud member of the NRA. I am very active in the local gun community, having donated time and effort to numerous local gun groups and charities.

It is my personal desire and pleasure to represent members of our community in all of their firearm needs. Whether it be restoration of their civil right to possess a firearm, drafting an NFA trust to allow them to purchase suppressors or other NFA items, or defending people who are forced to use their firearm in self-defense.
